Licence agreement (EULA)

Harmonic Pro Studio is not yet available to download. Its licence agreement is being written with a lawyer and will be published on this page, in full, before the first download. You will be asked to accept it when you install the software.

What it will cover

For transparency, these are the principles the agreement is being written around. They are a summary, not the agreement itself.

• Perpetual licence. Paid editions are a licence you keep. The studio is not a subscription.
• Updates. A paid plan includes 12 months of updates. After that you can renew for new versions, or keep your version forever, including every fix released while your updates were active.
• Machines. How many computers each licence can be activated on, and how to move a licence to a new computer.
• Offline use. Activation happens once; the software then works without an internet connection.
• Your work. The music you write, play, arrange and edit is yours.
• Nimi. Nimi runs in the cloud and is a separate, optional monthly plan. Its terms, including what you may do with what it generates, will be part of the agreement.
• Continuity. What happens to your licence if development of Harmonic Pro Studio ever stops.
