2.3.6 The Studio menu

The Studio menu is about your gear: your audio device, your MIDI devices, sync with other gear, and your plugins.

2.3.6.1 Audio Settings…

Opens Settings at the Audio page: your output device, the sample rate and the buffer size.

2.3.6.2 MIDI Settings…

Opens Settings at the MIDI page: your MIDI input and output devices.

2.3.6.3 Sync Settings…

Opens Settings at the Sync page: sending MIDI Clock or MIDI Timecode (MTC) to other gear, following timecode that comes in, the frame rate, and the song’s start time.

2.3.6.4 Plugin Manager…

Finds your plugins, lists them, and loads them. Use it to add the folders your plugins are installed in and scan them.

2.3.6.5 Plugin Editor (selected track)…

Opens the controls of the plugin on the selected track.

2.3.6.6 MIDI Panic (All Notes Off)

Ctrl+Shift+P. Stops every note that is still sounding. Use it when a note hangs and won’t stop.

2.3.6.7 Refresh MIDI Devices

Looks again for MIDI devices. Use it after you plug in a keyboard or a controller while Harmonic Pro Studio is open.
